The calculation behind it: per 1,000 expenses a month, €1,667 by hand against €598 with BlueOcean, software included. That is €1,069 a month, roughly €12,800 a year. What does “proven” mean?

We measure your effort before and after twelve months: hours times rate, software included. What counts is the difference after deducting the project costs.

What if €40,000 is not realistic for us?

Then we tell you in the call. No project, no costs.

What does the project cost?

That depends on your client base and is fixed after the call, before you commit. Ongoing, the software costs tax firms €3.76 per client per month; for companies we set the price in the call, based on your volume.

Is there an export into practice software?

Not yet. We would rather say so up front.
